Job Description:

Sr. Business Analyst – Experience 6-10 Years (4 Nos.)

Serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into technical requirements for system development or process improvements. Work to optimize business processes, increase efficiency, and improve overall performance by identifying opportunities for improvement and defining solutions that meet both business and technical needs. They are expected to have robust analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to facilitate communication between various team.

Detailed Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders (business users, managers, executives) to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and observations to gather and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze and break down business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.




- Map and model current business processes using tools such as flowcharts or BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized business processes that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Facilitate process reengineering initiatives and assist in the implementation of new workflows or systems.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to technical constraints.
- Document functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flows to guide development and implementation.
- Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specification documents (FSDs), and other technical documentation.
