Head Group Strategy JB7:
- MBA from a premier Institute or relevant experience in Insurance strategy, preferably Group
- Experience of around 10 years
- Strong command on numbers and business drivers of Group Business
- Lead Industry mapping, Business planning, forecasting and performance tracking
- Deliver transparent, data backed strategic inputs to guide business growth
- Drive business growth, margin improvement and product & investment strategies
- High Ownership mindset, ability to work under pressure and deliver outcomes
- Work cross functionally to solve complex problems and implement initiatives
- Strong communication and Stakeholder management skills
- Thrive in ambiguity, bringing structure and clarity to business issues
