Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Black Belt – Collections & Dispute Transformation to join our Global Business Services team.
In this role,



you will be responsible for leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives across Collections and Dispute processes within the Order-to-Cash value stream, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence-driven technologies to optimize working capital and enhance customer experience.
You will operate as a strategic change agent within a dynamic, cross-functional environment, partnering closely with Finance, Customer Experience, Enterprise Information Technology, and Analytics teams to transition global financial operations from reactive models to predictive decisioning frameworks.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- End-to-End Transformation Leadership: Conduct deep-dive diagnostics—including Value Stream Mapping and process mining—to identify bottlenecks, reduce Days Sales Outstanding, mitigate bad debt, and ensure formally tracked business outcom
