Job Title: Procurement & Billing Engineer (Specialization)

Reports to: Project Manager / Head of Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement processes including material requisitions, vendor selection, and negotiations.

Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Handle billing activities by preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, and verifying invoices.

Maintain accurate records of procurement and billing documentation.

Coordinate with the project team, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely execution.

Monitor project costs, budgets, and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

Conduct rate analysis,



cost estimation, and reconciliation of quantities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.

Support audit requirements and resolve billing discrepancies.

Provide regular progress and billing reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

10- 15 years of experience in procurement and billing in construction/infrastructure projects.

-
Robust knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP systems.

-
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
