Job Description:

Job Profile:
- Preparation and laying down execution strategy for works on site.
- Weekly on-site review meetings chaired by lead consultant and attended by principals of all companies involved.
- Prepare detailed minutes of all the discussions and circulate it to all concerned for information and better coordination.
- Bill checking, certification and submission with client for payment to contractors
- Coordinate Quality and specification check of the works on site
- Inspect material procured certify the material for use
- Ensure compliance to design and specifications during execution
- Set quality control procedures such as pour-cards, checklists etc.
- Inspect and ensure that standards of workmanship are achieved.
- Ensure that the contractor has adequate resources for the management, supervision and quality of the project
- Coordinate Approvals of finishes, material used mock-ups and details executed in office by the Project Architects/ Client.




- Project and communicate escalation and time delay in case of any deviations of variations from the original plan, if fore seen.
- Prepare and seek approvals by Client on change orders
- Progress monitoring and reporting to the Client.
- Implement remedial measures in case of slippages
- Conduct quality & safety audits and submit reports to Client.
- Contract management
- Team administration and monitoring
- Planning/Monitoring & execution of Project in all respects, preparation of monthly progress report with planned Master Programs.
- Execution of all Architectural, Interior and Services work required for a Office.
- Coordination with all consultants.

Candidate's Profile:
- Good communication skills.
- Degree / Diploma in architecture or interior.
- Minimum 8 years experience in field work.
- Ready to work out station for project basis.
- Decent knowledge of autocad software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and PPT.
