n Designation: Student Success Manager (Counsellor)
n Experience: 3+ Years

n Working Days: 5 Days working
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Counsel students on overseas education opportunities, especially for European countries (Germany, Ireland, France, Italy, etc.).
n Manage the complete admission process from counselling to visa filing.
n Guide students on university selection, applications, documentation,



and visa requirements.
n Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing.
n Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
n Achieve admission, enrollment, and conversion targets.
n n Key Skills:
n n Overseas education counselling experience
n University application and visa processing knowledge
n Excellent communication and relationship management skills
n Target-oriented with robust problem-solving abilities
n Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
