Job Description Role Summary – RSVP & Hospitality Manager As an RSVP & Hospitality Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and their guests, ensuring a seamless guest experience from the beginning of the event journey until execution. This is a highly people-facing role that requires exceptional communication, organisation, and attention to detail. Key Highlights:n n Lead guest communication via WhatsApp, calls, and emails.
n Manage live RSVP updates and maintain accurate guest data, including travel, rooming, transfers, dietary preferences, and other event logistics.
n Update Google Sheets in real time, as clients actively monitor project progress.
n Coordinate with clients, hotels, venues, travel partners, and vendors to ensure smooth event planning.
n Work primarily from home, but remain actively available at your laptop throughout working hours to manage guest communication and project updates.
n Travel opportunities for destination weddings and events across India and internationally, whenever assigned.
n Undergo extensive training in guest communication, hospitality standards, and client handling.
n Use tools such as WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, ChatGPT,



and other productivity tools on a daily basis.
n Thrive in a fast-paced workplace where handling multiple conversations, solving problems, and maintaining accuracy are part of everyday work.

n Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n High attention to detail and accuracy.
n Confidence in handling people and solving guest queries.
n Ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn.
n Comfort with technology and Google Workspace.
n Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
n Important to Know:n n This is a communication-intensive role where you'll spend most of your workday managing guest interactions.
n Flexibility is important, as weddings and events may require occasional work beyond regular office hours and travel for on-ground event execution.
n We value initiative, reliability, and consistency over simply being online.
n We are looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in growing with us, with a minimum expected commitment of 18 months
