n Location: Mumbai
n Responsibilities:
n • Manage projects according to Convergint's policies and standards to meet client satisfaction.
n • Prepare projects, including project scheduling, budget review, sales order, and kick-off meeting.
n • Lead site meetings and coordination, including preparation and distribution of meeting minutes and coordination with the client.
n • Carry out internal handover and handover to the client.
n • Manage project team and subcontractor.
n • Manage documentation.
n • Conduct security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming in accordance with Convergint's policies and standards.
n • Assist and provide technical support to sales and other departments.
n • Conduct in office client training.
n • Develop in-depth system design and drawings using AutoCAD.
n • Maintain a high level of knowledge in security equipment, cabling, and CCTV & Access Control systems.
n Requirements:
n • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
n • 5+ years' work experience in security, cabling, and/or electronic systems project implementation and commissioning; familiar with ELV-related products.




n • Excellent organizational skills related to program/project management.
n • Broad industry and market knowledge of network and low voltage building systems.
n • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
n • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations to multiple levels of an organization.
n • Basic IT knowledge in hardware, networks, and databases.
n • Proficient in security, cabling, installation and commissioning; experience in the installation and commission of mainstream UPS, power supply and distribution systems is an advantage.
n • Willing to work on-site.
n • Project management experience is an advantage.
n • Experience with Lenel, C-Cure, Milestone, Victor, Cisco, and S2 systems, Huawei switch and router configuration.
n • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
n • Customer service-oriented & A quick learner.
