n Role Summary
n We are looking for a Regional QA Manager to drive on-ground quality execution across
n factories and vendors within the assigned region. This role will be responsible for ensuring
n product quality from pre-production to final inspection, working closely with sourcing and
n manufacturing teams to maintain consistent standards.
n Roles & Responsibilities
n 1. Factory & Production Quality Execution
n ● Ensure quality adherence across pre-production, inline,



and final inspections
n ● Monitor garment construction, fits, fabric quality, washes, and finishing
n ● Drive first-time-right production through proactive quality checks
n 2. Vendor & Factory Management
n ● Manage quality across multiple vendors and factories within the region
n ● Conduct factory evaluations, audits, and onboarding assessments
n ● Work closely with vendors to improve processes and reduce defects
n 3. Defect Analysis & Problem Solving
n ● Identify recurring defects and drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
n ● Implement CAPA to eliminate quality issues at source
n ● Actively troubleshoot production issues on-ground
n 4. Quality Systems & Compliance
n ● Ensure adherence to defined AQL standards and inspection protocols
n ● Maintain documentation, audit reports, and quality records
n ● Support implementation of standardized QA processes across units
n 5. Cross-functional Coordination
n ● Work closely with sourcing, merchandising, and product teams
n ● Align production timelines with quality benchmarks
n ● Act as the first point of escalation for regional quality issues
n 6. Data & Reporting
n ● Track defects, rejections, and inspection outcomes
n ● Share regular quality reports and insights with central QA team
n ● Highlight risks and early warning signals
n Qualifications & Skills
n ● 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance in apparel manufacturing / retail
n ● Robust hands-on experience in factory quality, inspections, and garment construction
n ● Good understanding of AQL, RCA, and CAPA
n ● Experience managing vendors and multiple factories in a region
n ● Strong problem-solving and execution capability
n ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
n ● Prior experience with apparel brands / export houses / buying agencies preferred
