We're looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to help expand our client base, build lasting relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities within the IT staffing and technology services market.
Prospect clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.




Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business updates.

Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Experience in IT Staffing or Technology Services is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of IT technologies and recruitment services.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of German, French, or any European language is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is preferred.
