Role Overviewn We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients visiting our eye hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth patient experience by managing appointments, registrations, inquiries, and coordinating with clinical teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Receptionn n Assist patients with registration and check-in procedures.
n Guide patients through consultation, diagnostic, and surgery workflows.
n Address patient queries and direct them to the appropriate department.
n Appointment Managementn n Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
n Coordinate doctor schedules and patient flow.
n Manage follow-up appointments and reminders.
n Communicationn n Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
n Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, timings, and procedures.
n Handle patient concerns courteously and escalate issues when required.
n Billing & Documentationn n Collect consultation and procedure payments.
n Generate receipts and maintain transaction records.
n Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information entered into the hospital management system.
n Must-Have Skillsn n Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English

n Strong customer service orientation
n Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
n Ability to multitask in a busy hospital environment
n Good organizational and coordination skills
n Preferred Qualificationsn n Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline
n 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, hospital receptionist, customer service executive, or front desk associate
n Experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, or healthcare setting is preferred
