Job Description DESIGNATION: HR Assistant

n We are looking to initiate hiring for HR Assistant roles over the next two weeks based on the below requirements. This is a focused hiring request, and we request your active and careful participation.
n Remote Chance
n Need only Bangalore
n Shifts can be 3PM -12AM.
n Key requirements:
n n Expected headcount: ~25 resources
n Location: Bangalore only (candidates must be based out of these locations; no other locations will be considered)
n Work mode: Work from home (only in BLR & HYD), however laptops must be collected from the respective office locations (Bangalore / Hyderabad)
n Shift flexibility:



Candidates must be flexible to work Day shift, EMEA shift, and NORAM shift
n Experience: 1-2 Years experience can be considered
n n Assessment & Selection:
n n Strong communication skills are mandatory – no compromise
n Candidates should have strong aptitude and logical thinking skills
n All candidates will go through a Ladder assessment
n Those who clear the assessment will have one virtual interview
n Final onboarding will be based on interview feedback.
