n Job Summary
n The Manufacturing Head will be responsible for leading and managing the complete manufacturing and fabrication operations of the company, ensuring productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of projects.
n The role requires strong expertise in handling large-scale fabrication jobs, EPC projects, and manufacturing activities related to API, Biotech, and Chemical industries.
n The candidate should have a strong background in heavy fabrication, process equipment manufacturing, industrial project execution, and quality-driven manufacturing systems.
n Key Responsibilities
n 1. Production & Manufacturing Operations
n n Lead end-to-end manufacturing and fabrication operations.
n Ensure achievement of production targets as per project timelines and customer commitments.
n Handle large and critical fabrication jobs with proper planning, monitoring, and execution.
n Improve shop-floor productivity, machine utilization, and manpower efficiency.
n Coordinate closely with design, projects, planning, procurement, and QA/QC teams.
n n 2. EPC Project Coordination
n n Support execution of EPC projects from manufacturing perspective.
n Ensure timely fabrication and delivery of equipment and systems for EPC projects.
n Coordinate with project teams for technical requirements, documentation, and execution schedules.
n Manage manufacturing challenges related to complex industrial projects.
n n 3. Quality & Compliance
n n Ensure adherence to quality standards, customer specifications, and industry requirements.
n Implement robust quality control systems for fabrication, welding, assembly, and testing.




n Reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints through process improvements.
n Ensure compliance with safety and statutory standards.
n n 4. Process Improvement & Cost Control
n n Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, safety, and cost optimization.
n Implement lean manufacturing practices and process improvements.
n Optimize material usage and reduce manufacturing wastage.
n n 5. Team Leadership
n n Lead and mentor production engineers, supervisors, and shop-floor teams.
n Develop a performance-oriented manufacturing culture.
n Identify training and skill development requirements.
n n Required Qualifications & Experience
n n Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
n 12–15 years of experience in manufacturing and fabrication operations.
n Experience in manufacturing for API, Biotech, Chemical, or Process industries is mandatory.
n EPC project experience preferred.
n OEM manufacturing experience preferred.
n Solid exposure to heavy fabrication, stainless steel process equipment, piping, skids, tanks, and industrial systems.
n Experience in handling large manufacturing teams and industrial projects.
