n Key Responsibilities
n • Lead business development initiatives across exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and B2B
n eve-nts.
n • Develop strategic relationships with exhibition organisers, venues, trade bodies, and corporate
n clients.
n • Drive exhibition infrastructure sales including stalls, shell schemes, branding, registration areas,
n furniture, electricals, carpeting, air-conditioning, and event support services.
n • Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, venue coordination, and client servicing.
n • Coordinate with design, operations, fabrication, logistics, and vendor teams for seamless
n execution.
n • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, contracts,



and monitor project profitability.
n • Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business and annual contracts.
n • Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify current business opportunities.
n Desired Candidate Profile
n Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management or related field.
n 3–6 years of experience in exhibitions, events, business development, project management,
n infrastructure services, or venue management.
n Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
