n Leading Digital Agency is looking for a strategic and results-driven Group Head – Biddable Media (Performance) to lead high-impact Google & Meta advertising campaigns. If you have expertise in scaling app-first performance marketing campaigns, managing large media budgets, and leading high-performing teams, we'd love to connect with you.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
n Lead Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns across acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives.
n Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar advertising budgets to maximize ROAS and business growth.
n Drive campaign planning, audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
n Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements using GA4, Data Studio/Tableau, and Excel.
n Mentor and manage a team of performance marketers, ensuring continuous learning and high performance.
n Collaborate with Growth, SEO, Product, Analytics, and Finance teams to improve campaign outcomes.




n Stay updated with platform changes, automation tools, and emerging industry trends.
n n Requirements
n n Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
n 8–12+ years of performance marketing experience.
n Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing App-first campaigns (Mandatory).
n Solid expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
n Experience handling large-scale PPC budgets and delivering measurable business growth.
n Proven experience leading and mentoring performance marketing teams.
n Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Looker Studio/Tableau, and advanced Excel.
n Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

n n Experience with automation tools and programmatic advertising.
n Exposure to international or multilingual campaigns.
n Background in e-commerce or high-growth digital businesses.
