- Drive automation and digital transformation in quality control processes.

Customer Experience and Satisfaction:
- Monitor and enhance customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and address root causes to prevent recurrence.

Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure that banking operations are compliant with RBI guidelines and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Conduct internal quality audits to monitor compliance and mitigate risks.

Training & Development:
- Develop training programs for employees to adhere to quality standards and best practices.
- Foster a quality-driven culture across teams within the bank.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for senior management on trends, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Use data analytics to predict and prevent quality issues.

Vendor/Supplier Management:
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure they meet IDFC First Bank's quality standards.
- Regularly assess vendor performance and address any quality concerns.
