About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with extensive experience in Java technologies and AWS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with MNCs or Tier 1 companies, leading large teams, and driving complex solutions for US-based clients. The role involves designing innovative digital platforms, managing cloud migration projects, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of complex Java-based solutions, leveraging AWS cloud services and technologies.
- Drive cloud migration projects, transitioning from legacy systems to up-to-date, scalable, and efficient cloud-native architectures.
- Work closely with US-based clients,
understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to solve complex challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms and technologies.
- Develop and implement migration patterns, identifying best practices for moving from legacy systems to newer technologies.
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to a team of 40-50 employees, ensuring high-quality standards in project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end solutioning, from architecture to deployment, ensuring all requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee the design and implementation of testing automation solutions, ensuring the quality and reliability of the solutions.
- Stay current on the latest trends and innovations in cloud technologies and Java-based platforms.
