Job Description:

We have an opening for the Quantity surveyor / Estimation for a reputed Company in the Real Estate Developer Industry for Pune Location.

Roles & Responsibilities for Candidate

-
Candidates should have experience in High Rise Residential building construction work.

-
Understand the working Drawings, BOQ, Contract conditions & Different specifications.

-
Pre-Tender Work such as preparing BOQ, Tender Documents, Estimation & Market rate analysis

-
Knowledge about different contractual compliances.

-
Post -Tender Work such as Billing as well as Resource planning with the Purchase department

-
Taking inputs on progress of work from the site team.

-
Responsible for Preparation & monitoring of monthly bill status & checking contractor bills.

Desired Candidate profile

-
Develop detailed design drawing using Auto cad software.

-
Generate Building information model Report (Architectural & structural plan)



for extracting the quantity.

-
Review the input received from the internal team / consultant and understand the scope of work and then plan work accordingly without changing design intent.

-
Coordinate with & consult with other team members to design, Layout or detail architectural or structural components as applicable.

Prepare Shop/Installation Drawings based on the coordinated Model.

-
Prepare Bill of Materials/Quantity Take off.

-
Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to Discipline Lead/Project Manager/Project Lead.

Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently

Positive oral and written communication skills, Commitment to safe work practices and a good team player
