Responsibilities Coordinate Production Work Flow for One or Multiple Products

Plan and Prioritize Operations to ensure Optimum Utilization of resources & deliver
targets within stipulated time frame
Determine Man Power, Equipments & Raw Material required to meet Production
Targets
Implement and Improvise Standard Processes to Optimize Production
Implement and enforce quality control and tracking process at each stage of
production to ensure Quality of Finished Goods
Adhere to Quality & Safety Norms
Manage Wellbeing, Training & Development of Team




Coordinate for Preventive & Emergency Maintenance
Troubleshoot in emergency situations
Management Reporting
Coordinate with other Departments as per requirement
Man Power Management
Ensure Smooth Operation of Overall Production
