Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled professionals with expertise in Prompt Engineering to enhance the performance and accuracy of Large Language Models (LLMs) across a variety of complex tasks, including intelligent data extraction from scanned documents and text automation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and optimize prompts to improve LLM output quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with data science and AI teams to refine LLM-based workflows.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction and model optimization.
- Implement and monitor AWS Lambda functions or similar automation frameworks.
- Analyze model responses, identify performance gaps, and iterate on prompt improvements.




- Document prompt engineering strategies, model performance metrics, and tuning results.

Key Requirements:
- 6–10 years of total experience with strong exposure to AI, NLP, or LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with Python programming and prompt design/optimization.
- Experience in building or fine-tuning LLM pipelines(e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
- Familiarity with AWS Lambda, APIs, and cloud deployment workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovation and precision.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative setting.
