Job Description:

Position: Service Associate
We are looking for a motivated fresher/2-3 years of experience with an ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics to join our service team. This role involves handling basic maintenance, repair, and service of fragrance diffuser machines at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
 Perform installation, servicing, and routine maintenance of fragrance diffuser machines.
 Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor electrical repairs under guidance.
 Ensure timely visits to client locations.
 Maintain service logs and report completion of tasks to the service manager.
 Provide courteous support to clients and uphold company’s service standards.
 Assist in warehouse/office tasks related to machine testing and upkeep, when required.
Requirements:
 ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.




 Basic knowledge of wiring, connections, and electrical repairs.
 Willingness to travel to different client locations across India (primarily Delhi/NCR).
 Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
 A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
 Must have valid driving license and own vehicle (scooty/bike) for local travel.
