To manage front desk customer experience at the project site, make pre-sales calls and provide first-level project briefings on calls to potential leads/walk-ins (both CP and direct), and coordinate site tours with the closing team—ensuring a smooth, professional, and conversion-oriented site experience. This role is a critical mandate sales position to improve site visits and customer experience at the site.

Customer Walk-in Handling (GRE) - 45% of Welcome customers, brief them about the project, and coordinate with closers

Pre-Sales Calling & Lead Warming—45% of follow-up leads, call warm leads, fix visits

Documentation & Registers—10% of walk-in logs, CP registers, CRM updates, and SV reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Walk-In Management (GRE Role)—
- Greet and register every walk-in (Direct + CP-sourced)
- Offer brochures and water/refreshments, ensure a premium site experience
- Maintain Walk-In Register, CP Log, EOD Reporting
2. Site Visit Coordination-
- Assign the customer to the appropriate closing manager.
- Ensure smooth transition from GRE → Closer
- Ensure sales team attendance is recorded
- Track and log CVs
3. Pre-Sales Calling (when walk-in movement is low ) -
- Make 80–100 dials/day to warm leads
- Fix 6–8 site visits/week
- WhatsApp follow-ups & nurturing
- Ensure 100% CRM tagging & lead updates
4. Sales Support & Documentation -
- Maintain daily MIS
- Assist closers with basic documentation (if required)
- Maintain site hygiene and stock of brochures, leaflets, project kits
Candidate Profile – Must Haves:

Experience—0.6–2 years in real estate frontline / pre-sales / GRE
