Job Summary:- We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process for entry level positions, with god knowledge/experience of specially enabled resources, this includes identifying and sourcing top talent, managing relationships with NGOs, universities and college career centers, conducting interviews and extending job offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the colleges and NGOs recruiting team and business area on hiring efforts
- Manage pipeline, screen applicants, interview and close candidates for full-time and intern positions
- Analyze, report, and recommend ways to evolve and improve our programs
- Chance to travel to key universities and NGOs for specially abled resources.
- Devising,
running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities.
- Designing, launching and managing the Internal Job posting process and internal job transfers.
- Preparing and maintaining the job description repository
- Ensuring on boarding of manpower in line with the launch plans.
- Screening application forms and short listing applicants.
- Managing the employee reference process.
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- MBA in HR preferred
- 1+ Years of related experience in recruitment with a specialized in bulk hiring.
