- 10 years of experience in Production planning & dispatch
- KAIZEN activity to improve production ( 20+ kaizen in recent one year )
- Full-kitting concept implementation for better utilization of store and production
- Introduction of Power tools and Fixtures to improve production
- Process elimination & modification in assembly so that any untrained person can do work
- Value stream mapping / time & motion study of process
- 5S implementation in plant
- Space creation in plant ( use of vertical heights )
- Work on Supply chain management for manage store inventory
- Sub assembly concept implementation
- Work on google drive to secure data
- Tracking of Daily MIS report of production/testing/stock/dispatches
- Daily tracking of on time dispatches
- Expertise in ERP ( Finsys ) in engineering and manufacturing
- Leading control on BOM ( bill of material )
- Training to sub ordinates
