We are hiring a Production Engineer in (Changodar) Ahmedabad.

Salary Range: Up to ₹25,000

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet product specifications.
- Monitor and achieve production goals within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished products.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to improve manufacturing processes.
- Report on production performance and suggest improvements.

Education & Qualifications:




- B.E / M.E in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field.
- B.Tech / M.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines.
- MBA (preferred for managerial roles).
- Diploma in Production, Mechanical, or related fields.

Required Skills:
- Problem-Solving and analytical thinking.

- Awareness of safety protocols in a production environment.
- Physical stamina to handle machinery and production tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
