Position: Senior Manager – PED (Process Engineering)

Specific Responsibility:

•Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
•Capacity Augmentation: Demand Vs Capacity Study / Development of Manufacturing Strategy plan
•Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancements.



Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce waste.
•Support Production to improve the Fill rates /OTD & OTP (On time Performance) - Delivery Performance
•Quality Enhancement Projects: Support Production /Quality to improve the process & Products
•Collaborate with Operational excellence team to improve OEE of the plants.
•Capex : Leading Capital projects and ensure on time installation of equipment’s and facilities
•Cost Management: Monitor manufacturing costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or efficiency.
•Health and Safety Compliance: Support and Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working workplace for all manufacturing personnel. Implement safety protocols, training programs, and risk mitigation measures.
