Solution Architect - Generative AI

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect with experience in Generative AI. You will design the blueprints for our AI ecosystem—selecting models, designing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and ensuring our AI initiatives are scalable and ethical.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design: Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions, including model selection (LLMs, SLMs, Multi-modal), vector database orchestration, and API integration.
- Infrastructure & Scaling: Design high-performance inference pipelines and determine the best deployment strategies (Cloud vs. On-prem).
- RAG & Data Strategy: Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures to connect LLMs with our proprietary data.
- Governance & Security: Implement "AI Guardrails" to manage hallucination, data leakage, and prompt injection risks.
- Cost Management: Optimize token usage and compute costs—ensuring we aren't "burning money" on over-engineered solutions.




- Prototyping: Rapidly build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to test the feasibility of new AI features

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Solution Architect or a similar role, ideally with exposure to AI/ML.
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in LangChain,VertexAI
- Models: Hands-on experience with Gemini, Anthropic (Claude), and Open Source models (Llama 3, Mistral)
- Proficiency with Graph & Vector DBs
- Development: Robust Python skills and experience with API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code).
