Job Title: Recovery Executive

? Key Responsibilities:

? Follow up with delinquent customers via phone calls and field visits

?️ Identify and trace defaulters to recover pending dues
-
? Negotiate repayment terms and educate customers on payment obligations
-
? Maintain daily records of recovery status and customer interactions
-
? Visit customers' premises for on-ground recovery and settlement discussions
-
⚖️ Escalate chronic default cases for legal or repossession action
-
? Coordinate with the legal team for recovery through proper channels
-
? Resolve disputes or customer grievances related to repayment
-
? Meet monthly recovery targets and minimize NPA levels

? Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
? Requirements:
-
Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any field
-
1–3 years of experience in recovery/collections (preferably in NBFC or microfinance)
-
Knowledge of loan products and recovery procedures
-
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-
Willingness to travel and work in field-based recovery roles
-
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
