- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing of software applications.
- Identify and document software defects, track their status, and verify fixes.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Automate test cases and integrate them into the testing framework, where applicable.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions




- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of the QA process and methodologies.
- Proficient in Mobile testing, Automation testing
- Ability to identify suitable candidates for automation in an application would be key.
- Experience in Agile Scrum processes, should have past experience in such projects
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to discuss requirements, defects, test scenarios with business users, business analysts
