The Senior Engineering Manager, Software is responsible for leading Service R&D; Software Engineering team to enable remote troubleshooting and diagnostics.
This is a senior leadership position and is part of the Global Service R&D; Organization located in Bengaluru and will be an Onsite role. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
- System & Software Engineering Leadership
Lead cross‑functional system and software engineering teams to design, develop, integrate, deploy, and sustain complex, regulated product and system solutions across the full product lifecycle.

Own delivery of system and software releases from requirements through production, ensuring on‑time execution, quality, performance, and defect metrics are met using structured project management practices.
