We are currently seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM), to join our talented team.
Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Development:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on ITOM modules.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business needs and requirements related to IT Operations Management.

ITOM Module Expertise:
- Demonstrate proficiency in core ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational processes and translate them into efficient ServiceNow ITOM configurations.

Integration and Automation:
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to enhance ITOM capabilities.
- Design and implement automation solutions to optimize operational workflows.

Customization and Scripting:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance platform functionality for IT Operations Management.
- Customize forms, lists, and workflows to improve the overall user experience.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, infrastructure, and development teams, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proven expertise in implementing and customizing ServiceNow ITOM modules.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting
