Experience: 2-3 years in the Insurance Industry
Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
Products: General Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Motor & Non-Motor Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

Sell insurance products to individuals and agents.

Identify potential clients through research, referrals, and networking.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Provide clients with quotes and proposals, highlighting product benefits.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring sales targets are met.

Offer after-sales support, addressing customer queries and concerns.

Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Industry Experience: Prior experience in the insurance sector, preferably in a sales role.
