Job Description:

Roles and Responsibility:
- Present, Promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer lead through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Analyse the territory/market potential,track sales, and sales status report.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities,



and potential for recent products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback and strong follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ready to travel out of the country as well as to visit national customers.

Requirements and skills
- Experience with office management software like MS Office. (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Challenge-oriented work skills.

Education:

MBA in the specialization of Marketing / Export Marketing with Chemistry/Physics/Pharma.
