Job Description:
- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate all shift production activities, ensuring adherence to the planned schedules and achieving production targets. This includes monitoring process parameters, raw material usage, yields, and overall operational efficiency.
- Quality and Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict compliance with cGMP (current Valuable Manufacturing Practices), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO, EHS). This also involves maintaining accurate batch records, documentation, and coordinating with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams.
- Team Leadership and Manpower Management: Manage and lead a team of operators and technicians, including manpower allocation, providing necessary training on safety and SOPs, maintaining discipline,



and ensuring effective shift handovers.
- Safety and Housekeeping: Implement and enforce all safety protocols and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) norms, conduct safety inspections, and ensure a high standard of housekeeping within the plant premises to maintain a safe working environment.
- Troubleshooting and Inter-departmental Coordination: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any production-related issues or deviations in real-time, escalating to senior management when necessary. Coordinate effectively with other departments like Engineering, Maintenance, Stores, and Logistics to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
