Job Description:
- Lead overall EHS strategy for the formulation plant in line with corporate and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Environment Protection Act, OSHA, PESO, SPCB, CPCB and other applicable regulations.
- Drive process safety management (PSM) including HAZOP, HIRA, JSA, MOC, incident investigation, and risk assessments.
- Lead safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
