Key responsibilities:
- Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
- Supervision of stock and cold room operations.
- Educate & motivate the sales team with briefings periodically.
- Support the team in marketing & sales activities.
- Maintain & Record periodically sampling & marketing activities.
- Control is outstanding following company guidelines & protocols.
- Sharing the report with the senior or HO/SHQ as per requirements.
- Managing and communicating with the sales promotors and the sampling schedule.
- Develop & penetrate current markets.
- Ensure the record & maintenance of the company asset.
- Helping with the special tasks, if any.
- Communicating well with all staff.

- Good communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincere to the job, positive, and creative thinker.
- Computer skills like MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Local candidate.
- Languages known: English and Local Language
- Excellent negotiation skills are a must.
- Candidate with a pleasant personality, good communication skills, computer knowledge, and local market knowledge.
