Job Description:

? Quality Testing & Analysis

-
Perform routine and non-routine chemical analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods using standard laboratory methods.

-
Operate and validate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FT-IR, Karl Fischer titrator and other relevant equipment.

-
Record, calculate, interpret and report accurate analytical results, ensuring data integrity and traceability.

? Method Development & Documentation

-
Develop/validate analytical methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recent tests or improved quality control workflows.

-
Prepare detailed test reports and maintain laboratory records as per Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

-
Assist in handling out-of-specification (OOS)



events and corrective actions with proper documentation.

? Compliance & Safety

-
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and applicable safety regulations for chemical handling and laboratory operations.

-
Support internal and external quality audits and inspections.

-
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, calibration schedules, and inventory of reagents and supplies.

? Collaboration & Support

-
Work closely with Production, R&D;, and QA teams to address quality issues and optimize processes.

Provide technical support and training to junior lab staff as needed.
