Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Site supervision covering day-to-day monitoring of installation/execution activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Complete site activities within allocated budget and project timelines, tracking daily progress and reporting delays
- Site coordination meetings with subcontractors, labor teams, and in office representatives of the client
- Contractor workforce supervision and daily work allocation with adherence to approved method statements and work permits
- Site handover with completion of as-built records, inspection checklists, and punch-list closure documents

Qualification – Diploma / BE - Mechanical

Experience – Work experience with HVAC Project background (in Chillers)

Major Criteria - Should have worked with HVAC contracting company in project execution and
management
