Job Description:
- Plan, organize, and control complete production operations in the fastener manufacturing unit.
- Ensure timely production of bolts, nuts, screws, and other fasteners as per quality standards.
- Monitor forging, threading, heat treatment, and finishing processes.
- Optimize machine utilization and improve productivity on shop floor.
- Implement production planning as per PPC schedule and delivery timelines.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and coordinate with QA team.
- Control production costs, minimize wastage, and improve efficiency.
- Lead and supervise shop floor manpower and shift operations.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily production reports and MIS for management review.

Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in Fastner Manufacturing Industry only.

Solid knowledge of cold forging, threading, and heat treatment processes.

Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and production targets.

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
