Position: Asst. Manager - Security (Ex-Serviceman)

Location: Pardi

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Industries: Packaging

Responsibilities:

Ensure end-to-end security operations of the facility, including physical security, access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
- Safeguard plant premises, personnel, visitors, materials, and assets against theft, loss, damage, and unauthorized access.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access points and conduct regular patrolling of the facility.
- and regulate entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles through passes and ID systems.
- Perform security risk assessments and implement preventive and corrective security measures.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, customer standards, IMS, and C-TPAT guidelines.
- Maintain security logs, registers, incident reports, and audit-related documentation.
- Support internal, external,



and customer audits and close security-related observations.
- Manage security manpower including deployment, rostering, attendance, and discipline.
- Ensure adequate and trained security personnel across all shifts.
- Conduct training, safety awareness, and competency development programs for security staff.
- Regulate vehicle movement within the premises and ensure pedestrian safety (Banksman duties).
- Coordinate housekeeping support and monitor basic facility infrastructure related to security.

- Solid decision-making and crisis-handling ability

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
