n • Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and design evaluations.
n • Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
n • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
n • Lead and mentor junior architects and design staff.
n • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
n • Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
n • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
