Role Description The Director of Food and Beverage is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining. This role directs menu development, culinary standards, and service protocols to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards. The Director manages budgeting, cost control, supplier relationships, and inventory to optimize revenue and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring F&B; teams, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house leadership, monitoring guest feedback, and implementing continuous improvements in service quality.



The role also partners with sales and events teams to support conventions and special functions, ensuring seamless execution and consistent guest satisfaction. Qualificationsn n Robust expertise in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, with proven experience leading multiple outlets in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
n Solid Culinary Skills, including collaboration with chefs on menu planning, product quality, and presentation standards.
n Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through service excellence, guest engagement, and effective management of feedback.
n Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and revenue management for F&B; departments, including forecasting and financial reporting.
n Leadership and people management skills, with experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance development for diverse teams.
n Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional hotel teams.
n Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field; prior experience as an F&B; Director or senior F&B; manager in a luxury hotel is highly desirable.
