Job Description Accountant - Rentkar
n CTC: ₹3 – 4.5 LPA
n MANDATORY : ZOHO-BOOKS experience of at least 1-2 years

n Role Overview
n We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations at Rentkar. You'll be responsible for bookkeeping, reconciliations, GST/Tax compliance, and ensuring smooth financial reporting. This role is critical to keeping Rentkar's rapid-growing operations financially sound and compliant.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Manage daily accounting operations: bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliations.
n Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor/client payments.
n Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
n Ensure GST, TDS,



and other statutory compliances are filed accurately and on time.
n Coordinate with auditors, CA firms, and internal teams for financial audits.
n Monitor cash flow, expense reports, and budget adherence.
n Support management with MIS reports, dashboards, and financial insights.
n n Requirements
n n 1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance (startup/e-commerce background preferred).
n Strong knowledge of Zoho Books/QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
n Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Indian tax compliances.
n Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for financial reporting.
n Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
n B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree (CA Inter/CS Semi-qualified is a plus).
