Job Description Department – Jindal Institute of Leadership Development & Executive Education (JILDEE)
n Location - O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), Sonipat, Haryana
n Key Responsibilities:
n • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporates, PSUs, government agencies, and industry associations for executive education and leadership training.
n • Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR heads, L&D; teams, and corporate training decision-makers.
n • Collaborate with program directors and faculty to co-create tailored leadership development solutions.
n • Drive revenue targets by promoting open-enrollment programs and custom executive education offerings.
n • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and align offerings with industry needs.
n • Develop proposals, pitch decks, and ROI-based solutions for clients.
n • Track business development metrics, pipelines, and conversion ratios; report regularly to leadership.




n Qualifications and Experience:
n • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
n • 3-5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or executive education, preferably in an academic or training institute environment.
n • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strategic partnerships.
n • Understanding of adult learning principles, corporate L&D; needs, and leadership development trends.
n Skills and Competencies:
n • Solid B2B relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
n • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
n • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
n • Strategic thinking and problem-solving approach.
