n Position Summary
n We are seeking a disciplined, mid-level Video Editor (2–4 years of experience) who takes ownership of projects and consistently delivers work that meets professional standards.
n This role requires much more than technical editing skills. It requires understanding content, planning edits strategically, maintaining narrative flow, working within structured timelines, and following disciplined production processes.
n The selected candidate must be reliable, self-driven, punctual, and aligned with clearly defined performance expectations. This is a full-time, in-office position in a deadline-driven production environment where accountability, consistency, professionalism, and execution are valued above occasional brilliance.

n n Understand the content before beginning the edit.
n Participate in editorial discussions whenever required.
n Plan the editing structure before execution.
n Maintain logical continuity, pacing, and professional presentation.

n Meet agreed deadlines and production schedules consistently.
n Maintain disciplined file organisation, project backups, and workflow management.
n Coordinate creative inputs wherever required.
n Communicate progress regularly and report project status on time.
n n Performance will be evaluated on the basis of quality, reliability, ownership, discipline, consistency, and timely delivery.

n Required Experience & Skills
n n 2–4 years of skilled video editing experience.
n Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
n Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects will be an advantage.
n Experience editing interview-based, documentary, news, or structured informational content.
n Ability to edit both short-form and long-form productions.
n Basic colour correction and skilled audio balancing skills.
n Strong workflow discipline and file management practices.
n Good understanding of visual continuity, storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.




n Comfortable presenting edits and receiving structured feedback from senior leadership.

n n Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
n Six-day work week.
n Full-time, in-office role based in Bengaluru.
n No work-from-home option.
n No freelance or parallel professional assignments are permitted.
n Daily reporting, punctuality, attendance discipline, and professional communication are mandatory.
