Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in North Goa. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring project costs, and supporting cost planning throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include tracking budgets, preparing cost reports, validating contractor and vendor bills, and assisting in tender evaluation and contract administration. The role also involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency and financial control across luxury home projects.

Qualifications

- Cost Control and Cost Management skills to manage project budgets and ensure financial efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs for residential construction projects.




- Cost Planning and Cost Reporting abilities to support forecasting, cash flow management, and regular financial updates.
- Robust analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity surveying or estimation software.
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local regulations in Goa.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional on-site teams.
- Prior experience in high-end or luxury residential projects is an advantage.
