n 1) Presentable and Pleasant in her demeanor
n 2) Fluent with her English speaking skills and also knowing and understanding a couple of more languages
n 3) Knows EPBX system and telephone operating system
n 4) Knowledge of Courier services
n 5) Well versed in Microsoft and internet usage
n 6) Can multi task as an Admin of the office
n 7) Team Player and friendly
