Job Description Purpose of the Role
n To provide overall leadership, governance, and operational management of the site, ensuring delivery of all facility services in line with client expectations, operational standards, safety requirements, and financial objectives.
n Key Responsibilities
n A. Site Operations Management
n n Lead overall facility operations across technical and soft services.
n Ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
n Monitor operational performance and compliance.
n Manage site escalation handling.
n n B. Client Relationship Management
n n Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
n Conduct governance meetings and business reviews.
n Ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
n Identify opportunities for service enhancement.
n n C. Team Leadership & People Management
n n Lead multidisciplinary facility teams.
n Drive performance management and employee engagement.
n Ensure adequate staffing and training.
n Foster collaboration and accountability.
n n D. Financial & Budget Management
n n Manage site budgets and operational costs.
n Monitor invoicing, billing validation,



and cost optimization.
n Support procurement and contract management.
n Ensure financial compliance and reporting.
n n E. Compliance & Risk Management
n n Ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements.
n Support HSE implementation and risk mitigation.
n Ensure audit readiness and governance compliance.
n n F. Vendor & Contract Management
n n Oversee vendor performance and SLA adherence.
n Conduct vendor review meetings.
n Support contract negotiations and renewals.
n n G. Reporting & Governance
n n Prepare operational MIS and dashboards.
n Conduct management reviews.
n Present operational performance updates to stakeholders.
n Monitor KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
n n Required Qualifications & Skills
n Qualifications
n n Bachelor's degree in engineering ( Electrical), Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
n MBA preferred.
n n Experience
n n 8 - 10 years in facilities management or integrated workplace management.
