n YOUR ROLE
n We're looking for a customer-first operator who can ensure our enterprise customers have a smooth, reliable, and value-driven experience with Arrowhead's AI calling agents.
n This role is about ownership, follow-through, and trust. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to make sure deployments go right, issues are resolved fast, and customers genuinely succeed with our product.
n Your work will involve:
n n Own customer onboarding, go-lives, and early adoption journeys
n Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer communication
n Track requirements, action items, and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips
n Monitor customer usage, satisfaction, and basic account health metrics
n Identify issues early and coordinate with product, AI/QC, and operations teams for resolution
n Enable customers on new features, updates, and best practices




n Capture customer feedback and represent the customer's voice internally

n n QUALIFICATIONS
n n 0–4 years experience in a customer-facing or customer-centric role
n Strong proficiency in English and Hindi
n Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-through
n Comfortable communicating with customers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders
n Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment
n n Nice to have:
n n Exposure to BFSI, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise customers
n Experience in customer success, account management, CX, ops, or consulting roles
