n What would you do?
n We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, result oriented, has proven track record in delivering value through transformation. Someone who has led large transformation programs and successfully managed C-Suite stakeholders. The role would involve solving problems today and bring in futuristic thinking to for shaping up tomorrow.
n In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.
n What are we looking for?
n • Education: - Must be a Post-Graduate (M.B.A from premier B School), C.A. or C.P.A
n • Should have minimum 7 to 12 years of work experience in F&A; domain with preferably 4+ years in Finance consulting




n • Deep functional domain experience in Finance areas such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to report, and financial planning and analysis
n • Prior experience in leading Lean/Six Sigma projects
n • Proven experience in managing teams on multiple projects in client facing roles
n • Excellent project management skills
n • Must have at least 3 full life cycle design-to-implementation experience in finance transformation
n • Prior experience in enabling AI, RPA technologies in Finance function is highly preferred
n • Functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases i.e. Feasibility, Design, Build, Deploy, Stabilization preferably involving implementation of enabling technologies, tools, and software applications
n • Should have successfully led and collaborated with cross functional teams
